Can you work with tight budgets?+
Yes. We define a solution proportionate to use, volume and priorities. The goal is to control investment without compromising function or introducing unapproved changes.
Do you work with holiday apartments and aparthotels?+
Yes. We can develop kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and complementary furniture for a pilot unit or several homes.
Can the same solution be repeated across several units?+
Yes. Repeating modules, materials and hardware simplifies management, maintains a consistent look and controls cost per unit.
How are materials approved?+
Every material, finish, fitting and component is identified in the proposal. Any subsequent change is communicated, priced and confirmed before implementation.
Do you respect the architect’s or interior designer’s design?+
Yes. Our role is to develop a technically feasible solution without claiming authorship or changing the aesthetic intent without approval.
What do you need for an initial estimate?+
Plans, location, number of units, furniture type, expected schedule and budget guidance. If information is missing, we explain what must be completed.
Can you handle only part of the furniture?+
Yes. We can handle a kitchen, wardrobes, bathroom furniture or a specific phase, as well as complete projects.
Do you coordinate measurement and installation?+
Yes. This is defined according to location and scope. Outside our usual area we can work with supplied measurements and agree the required checks.
Do you work outside Alicante?+
Yes. We are based in Alicante and consider projects throughout Spain, Andorra and Portugal. Logistics and installation are planned individually.
What is the lead time?+
As a guide, from 20 working days after technical approval. Multi-unit projects receive a specific phased schedule.
